解决

删除路径 /etc/ranger/ClusterName_ServiceName
/etc/ranger/seabox_hadoop/policycache/hdfs_seabox_hadoop.json

重启对应服务，例如Hive，这里的ranger是2.1.0版本的，显示的是 HADOOP SQL 这个名字
