1 环境准备
安装conda虚拟环境
复用4.3LMDeploy 量化部署进阶实践的环境
# 激活虚拟环境(注意:后续的所有操作都需要在这个虚拟环境中进行)

数据集准备
来源:使用huggingface上的zhongshsh/CLoT-Oogiri-GO据集
开发机种的数据集是处理过的。
## 首先让我们安装一下需要的包

开始训练

问题1:30%开发机的gpu不够

问题二:
不使用deepseed会报错:
RuntimeError: Default process group has not been initialized, please make sure to call init_process_group.
解决方案:

合并权重&&模型转换
注意:er_3000.pth切换成你internvl_ft_run_8_filter目录下的pth即可
